Shipping policy
We ship Monday-Saturday and, unless noted, our processing time is 1-2 days. If your order will be delayed beyond that time, we'll contact you to let you know.
We ship all of our products to the United States and Canada, using the United States Postal Service. You will receive tracking information when your package is dispatched; please note that occasionally tracking doesn't update as we'd like, but the package is still on the way.
The USPS is subject to delays from time to time, and all inquiries about late packages should be directed to your local post office (not the 800 number; Google your ZIP + "post office" to find the contact number). If a package is lost in the post after 14 days (domestic) or 21 days (international), please contact us for assistance.
If your package is marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, please do the following, in order:
- Wait until the next day; packages are sometimes marked delivered a day early for some reason
- Call your local post office (not the 800 number; Google your ZIP + "post office" to find the contact number) and ask for a GPS scan to see if it was misdelivered.
- If the GPS scan shows it was delivered to your address and no one in the household brought it in, please contact the police to file a report on the theft of your package. We'd be happy to supply whatever details you need for the report.
- Once you have the police report, let us know so we can begin the claims process to facilitate refund or replacement.
