You can use them to

• track habits you're trying to encourage, where each space is a day and you color it in according to what you achieved (glasses of water, minutes or type of exercise, etc.)

These stickers are laser-printed on high-quality, matte white or matte white removable sticker paper and cut with a digital cutting machine with a high degree of accuracy. You can easily write or color on the stickers with any pen or pencil.
